Who are these qualifications for?

These qualifications are tailored to individuals at all levels aiming to refine their skills in effective coaching within organisational contexts. Whether you’re new to coaching or already experienced, this program caters to your needs.

Throughout this course you will be expected to undertake practical work-based coaching which will enable you to go on to work with any client or colleague to support their career development and enhance their skills.

Course Features

  • A highly practical course with live assignment tutorials.
  • 6 hours of Coaching practice for the Award + 3 assignments.
  • 1-2-1 advice and practical help from our expert facilitator.
  • All materials; handouts, coaching logs, reflective logs etc.. and access to a range of coaching resources.
  • On successful completion, an internationally recognised and respected ILM Level 3 award as well as 10 credits on the international qualifications framework.

How this course works

This course assumes you have done all the learning previously with us here at Aspire.

After Payment & Registration you will be invited to join our DLH and begin your journey.

You will have access to all the resources and assignment briefs. You will be invited to join one of the assignment tutorials and there will be a link for you to join whichever session suits you best, all you have to do is add it to your diary and attend.

These tutorials will help prepare you for your three assessed pieces of work and 6 hours of coaching activity for the Award.

When you have finished you’ll be able to upload your work directly on our digital learning hub.
