The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship will expose you to new insights, tools, and approaches that are proven to develop capability and confidence. You’ll learn to use coaching styles in a range of situations – including 1-1 coaching relationships with colleagues or clients.
What it's all about
Our Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship develops your skills and techniques in coaching. The Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is informative and challenging, giving you the space to consider your responsibilities as a coach and learn and practice a variety of techniques to effectively fulfil those responsibilities.
This practical apprenticeship also sits within an academic framework and draws on best practice from private sector, public sector and personal coaching settings.
You’ll come away equipped with skills and tools to manage successful coaching relationships by phone, video and in person.
