Our People

Alison is our Managing Director. Alison makes sure that Aspire always fulfils promises to clients and colleagues. She is passionate about quality and is very proud of the work that the team do every day. Before joining Aspire, Alison was a HR & OD professional and loves working with individuals and teams to support them in their growth.

Sally is a highly experienced and skilled facilitator and coach with a passion for optimising performance in people and organisations. She has extensive management development experience, delivering programmes across all sectors within the UK and Europe. She has a keen enthusiasm for developing influencing and communication skills and empowering people to role model the behaviours to build effective workplace relationships and strong teams. Sally manages the development consultant team and the resourcing of apprenticeship and commercial programmes. She ensures that the consultants’ skill-sets align to client requirements. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, and MBTI and EQI qualified.

Kathy is part of our support team. She is responsible for the administration of our ILM Leadership & Management and Coaching programmes and also provides support to our Programme Leaders through a range of Psychometric Tests. Kathy also collates feedback from our learners to ensure we are consistently delivering a great learning experience here at Aspire.  

Yukta is our Marketing and Communications Officer.

Yukta controls all of the content that goes out Aspire’s social media platforms and uses her Photoshop and Illustrator skills to rebrand our flyers, workbooks and video content. She is also responsible for all the engaging content that goes on our website, marketing campaigns and newsletter.

Liz is our Leadership Development Consultant and has worked at Aspire Development since 2018. Liz designs and delivers Level 3 and level 5 apprenticeship programmes as well as ILM Management Development Programmes. She ensures all learners are supported and feel safe. Liz is also qualified coach and is DISC accredited. Liz is passionate about learning both for herself and the people who she works with and supports.

Sandra is part of the Leadership Development Consultant team responsible for designing and delivering management and leadership apprenticeships and bespoke solutions to meet client needs. Sandra supports personal development using a range of learning tools including coaching, facilitated sessions, face-to-face workshops and online events.

Rachael is a Leadership Development Consultant for Aspire. A professionally qualified coach, facilitator and trainer specialising in personal development and impact, high performance teams, resilience and wellbeing. She uses her excellent coaching and facilitation skills to explore real issues and generate practical, value adding solutions.

Clare is passionate about effective workplace learning, and developing individuals to be the best they can be. Clare began her career in HR & Training in hotels.  Clare has since worked in various Assessor/Tutor and Learning and Development roles, including working with young people to support them into employment and the charity sector. Clare works with our clients to deliver the Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship and Leadership Development programmes. Clare is also our Learner Wellbeing Officer and Safeguarding Lead.

Brendan’s purpose is to play a key part in achieving Aspire’s business plan, by providing outstanding interventions to client organisations that develop their people and their business. He is a fully qualified teacher, Executive Coach, IQA and EPA as well as designing and delivering apprenticeships he also works closely with Aspire’s Commercial Team to generate new business and Aspire’s Quality and Performance Teams to provide high quality interventions to groups and support to individuals. He is passionate about learning, developing and helping our learners fulfil their potential in all kinds of areas.

Carly is one of the support officers. She works closely with the compliance officer and manages our apprenticeships, ensuring all our learners are set up correctly and have all the right information prior to starting the apprenticeship. As well as the initial set up of learners on a cohort, Carly also manages withdrawals and completions to ensure the apprentice is up to date from start to finish.

Alfie is our Digital Learning Hub support officer. His role focuses on developing interactive content on our current courses as well as introducing it for new courses. His experience with online learning content helps keep the programmes engaging and accessible for learners.

Lisa is part of our support team. She will be working across the Quality and Development teams mostly ensuring the EPA process runs smoothly and is accurate and compliant. Lisa will also assist in the enrolment of new learners as well as undertaking general admin duties.
